    Lisa J. Cunningham

Born and raised in Idaho, Lisa is passionate about what makes this magnificent state so unique and beautiful. This passion naturally translates with ease into her real estate career. Her lively personality and genuine love of people, blended with a high level of integrity, polished communication, and sophistication, make her a powerful asset for any client.
The idea of building neighborhoods where people create joyful, lasting memories is one of the most satisfying aspects of the real estate industry. Lisa began her career in new home building and land development, using creativity and hard work to build and enhance the community. She offers a vast degree of expertise and business acumen with the ability to service a wide array of clientele including developers, builders, investors, and homeowners. She doesn't view buying/selling real estate as merely a transaction, but an opportunity to build valuable relationships by using her ingenuity to assist clients in fulfilling their goals and dreams.
Lisa enjoys spending her time hiking, fishing and camping in the rugged outdoors. Drawn to the vibrant, energetic amenities of the Treasure Valley, she spends quality time with her two beautiful daughters, talented husband, and two loving dogs floating the river, biking the greenbelt, jogging the foothills, and perusing the eclectic downtown shops, restaurants, and bookstores. In her opinion, "There is no better place to call home!"

    My Experience

    • Lisa's real estate career began at the young age of 19 as an Administrative Assistant at Coldwell Banker Aspen Realty. By yearning for more and learning quickly, she moved up to managing all agent on-boarding, website updating, listing marketing, and performed the role of Executive Assistant to the Office Manager. After completing college at Boise State, Lisa then continued in the industry as an Executive Administrator to the CEO for one of the largest home builders in the valley. Her love for new construction turned to land development where she took over Project Management in several land development projects around the valley, ranging from small, infill projects to larger, master-planned developments. As Project Manager, Lisa worked on land acquisition, entitlement, infrastructure construction, and lot sales to builders. Feeling a disconnect with the end user (home buyers), Lisa's entrepreneurial spirit lead her to running her own real estate career where she can work on all sides of development, new construction, resale, and investment home transactions. Her passion for Idaho and helping others achieve their real estate goals has lead to her continued success and happiness.
