Ken Pieper was my real estate agent this summer. I had decided to sell my townhouse, following the death of my husband in May.
Ken was highly professional, knowledgeable,extremely helpful, and thorough during the phases of preparing the home to sell, staging, listing, open house and then contract. I ultimately closed on 11/4/20.
Above all, Ken was always supportive, compassionate and patient as he guided me through the entire process. He always listened, and addressed my questions and concerns. He knew this was a difficult time for me and I would not have navigated as well without his assistance.
I consider Ken to be a "natural" as a real estate agent. I would recommend him, without reservation, to anyone interested in buying/selling their home.
