    Cody has now helped me both sell my first house and buy my second! He's done such an amazing job- whether it be with great and quick communication, providing contacts, or giving advice, he's got it all. He has shown a real passion for real estate and the relationships he builds with his clients. I highly recommend his services for anyone looking to sell and/or buy. Overall amazing agent.

    Working with Cody was the best real estate agent experience of my lifetime. We bought the first house we made an offer on, got a great deal, and he took care of all the heavy lifting to free up my time. It was simple. He was prompt and precise in his communications with myself as well as with other parties. He has a breadth of knowledge spanning common issues with homes and neighborhoods to market trends and planning. Whether you're buying or selling, you would be crazy to not work with Cody. 6 out of 5 stars.
