I have worked with Paul on three real estate transactions over the last year and a half, one sale and two purchases. He is great to work with! He is knowledgeable, prepared and pays attention to the details. He is also pleasant and has a great attitude, which is often important in navigating the frequently wild world of real estate. Recently, we worked together to sell the house that he helped me purchase in 2019 and to buy my new home. Between that first purchase and its sale, he went from Paul to Team Mallory when Julie Mallory joined him. They are terrific duo and handled everything down to the smallest deal from staging to closing. And as they say the proof is in the pudding! The first day the house was shown was a Thursday. There were over 25 viewings and 13 offers, all of which were above the listing price and most substantially over it. By the end of that weekend, I accepted and finalized an offer. They then helped me locate and buy the home that will be my last and final. And they are still helping by sharing information on construction professionals for renovation and updates at my new home. They are consummate professionals, and very nice, helpful, caring people. I recommended them highly.

Paul helped us through the entire process of selling my childhood home. Paul was thorough and communicated with us regularly and kept us updated on the progress of the sale. Paul's dedication, professionalism, and upbeat personality made this a very positive experience! Even during the COVID 19 Pandemic, Paul was able to get our home under contract in less than a week!! We look forward to Paul helping us sell our current home and then helping us buy our next one!

My wife and I hired Paul in November 2019 to be our realtor on our first home purchase. Paul was extremely knowledgeable in the local market and the different areas that we were looking to move, he went above and beyond to do research in order to answer all of our questions. What stood out the most about Paul was that he was always available, extremely responsive, and extremely trustworthy. When we submitted an offer on our house, Paul went above and beyond to make sure all parties were on the same page. Paul went the extra mile. After our offer was accepted, Paul maintained constant contact with all parties and coordinated every single detail to ensure there wouldn't be any problems or issues along the way. If my wife and I didn't understand something, Paul would explain everything in great detail which was great. We truly never experienced any issues or problems during the entire process. Above all, Paul's energy, attitude, and professionalism were extremely positive and fun to be around, and he made the entire process enjoyable and fun. Overall, my wife and I would highly recommend Paul!

Paul was amazing to work with from start to finish! He was by my side the whole way. And, believe it or not, I was his first sale! If I didn't know that from Paul telling me, I NEVER would have guessed it! Paul is honest, patient, and hardworking - everything you could want in a realtor! I highly recommend Paul with absolutely no reservations whatsoever! You will not be disappointed.
