Business Stuff: I am a member of the Lancaster MLS, Columbus MLS, National Association of Realtors, and Ohio Association of Realtors. I completed the LBR Leadership Academy to make a impact on the community, grow professionally, and gain knowledge of the industry.
Experience: Communication is essential in Real Estate (not a new idea) I have a Bachelors in Communications with over 20 years working in the service industry.
Marketing is a must, I have a Minor in Marketing and held a position as Marketing manager with a previous company.
Real Estate Knowledge: my husband is independently employed in the Housing industry, we have built multiple homes, cabins, pole barns and rentals. This has expanded my knowledge of the building process and materials. We have also owned and managed multiple rentals locally and out of state.
My Strengths: organization, detail oriented, compassionate, and hard working.
My Passions: my children, my family, our Cattle Farm, our church, and our dogs.
Realtor Goals: to do my best to find each and every client the home of their dreams, to educate and guide through the Real Estate Process, and to make the process a little less scary!

My husband, myself, and our two sons own and operate a small farm in Carroll. We are actively involved in 4-H, The Fairfield County Cattlemen's Association, Bloom-Carroll School District, FCYBA league, and St. Marks.

I began looking for a home in the winter of 2019. I was put in contact with Mrs. Warthman through a realty service web site. Due to my pickiness, the home searching process continued for over a year. During the entire process , Mrs.Warthman was an exemplary professional . She was always willing to spend as much time needed answering my questions, and sharing her knowledge with me. I looked at many houses and properties during the process, and Mrs.Warthman was always prompt, courteous , and on time for any appointments. Mrs. Warthman displayed a very progressive attitude in finding me exactly what I was looking for, in my designated area, and in my price range, by providing me constant updates in regards to the housing market, via e-mail, phone calls, and text. I would recommend Mrs. Warthman , with the greatest of confidence, to anyone looking to purchase a house or property in today's fast paced realty market.

She was very helpful with my first home buying experience. Every time I had a question she would answer it as quick as possible. Also she checked in on me to see how the house was coming along. Thanks to her I was able to buy my first home.

Beth did an excellent job helping with our purchase. We had a lot of problems with the bank and sellers but Beth was there to answer and work out any issues we had.
