John is awesome! He is patient with explaining the craziness of buying and selling a home. He's empathetic toward the stress of buying and selling a house, especially the emotional stress that unexpectedly can sometimes come with all that. He takes the time to talk through all with you and process. He's also quick to respond to questions and requests to see houses, which is important in a competitive market.
