My Client Reviews
Mr. Scanlon is an awesome realtor. He went above and beyond our expectations. If I had questions about anything if he wasn't able to speak with me immediately he always got back to me the same day. He always worked on the schedule we needed. If I ever need a realtor again I wouldn't think of calling anyone other than Mr. Scanlon. He is an all around super person. I feel that you are very lucky to have him as an employee.
Very knowledgable about real estate market. Helpful without being pushy. Gave us good advice all along the way. Always responded promptly to our inquiries and questions. Would definitely recommend Paul Scanlon to anyone looking for a house in the Lexington area. A friendly agent.
My husband and I asked for Paul's help to find a home in Lexington. We each had very specific ideas about what we wanted in our new home. Paul was so patient with both of us. He was always available by phone or text. Paul was very knowledgable. He showed us several homes before we decided on our home. After we put in an offer he continued helping in any way that he could, helping to get all manner of services lined up for us. Even after closing he followed up to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Paul did a great job for us and if we ever need to sell or buy a home we will definitely call Paul Scanlon!
Paul came to me as a friend and provided exceptional service as a professional. He guided me thru the process of selling my home while I was on vacation and during my move to Cincinnati. I knew I could depend on him to give me good advice and do the right thing. And he did. He went above and beyond in my absence. He arranged the necessary services required to satisfy the potential buyer in a timely fashion . I would recommend Paul to anyone who needs real estate services of any kind. He truly loves his work.

My husband and I relocated to the Frankfort area after living in Houston, Texas for many, many years. We had had two weeks to pack and were in dire need of a home - fast! I was so blessed to have picked Paul out of a million realtors. We had found a gem in Paul. We told him what we wanted in precise detail along with how long we could wait to get into a home after we found it. Paul had even read between the lines since I had made an off the cuff remark about having mobility issues and those problems were addressed as well. My husband and I went out one day with Paul and on the third home Paul had nailed it. He got the house right in every way shape and form. Paul is a miracle worker! So when you are facing a big move in little time, and in a hurry; Paul is your man. If you are looking for your second home or a retirement home, Paul is your man. If it's your first home, He's your man. Paul Scanlon is dependable, honest, hardworking, dedicated and prompt! It is hard to find anyone with those traits let alone someone who truly loves what he does for a living. Need a house? Call Paul Scanlon - the best realtor and the best friend you'll ever have.
Paul was so great to work with! He was very knowledgeable and found us just what we were looking for! We were extremely pleased with his high level of service and expertise. We look forward to working with him in the future, when we decide to move again!
Our house hunt wasn't nailed to a certain location. We were very driven to find the right house, no matter the city it was in. Because of this, I'm afraid I dragged Paul up and down I-75 for the better part of 3 months. Never a complaint. Never a word of dissent. His dedication to our perfect home was unwavering and we couldn't be happier. Paul answered all my questions about the buying process and got me in touch with banking and insurance professionals who had the answers he might not. I've recommended Paul to many friends!

But, he guided us gently through the whole process. Shopping for a real estate agent is just as important as shopping for a home. Think about it -- just like you must do a thorough job of looking through all of your options when hunting for your dream home, you should want to do the same for the real estate agent who's going to help you find that dream home. But, admittedly, it can be hard to distinguish between the thousands upon thousands of real estate agents marketing their services to the world. You could spend hours of your...

MLK Day may not be the first thing you think of when you think of January (maybe chilly temperatures, the end of the holiday season, or the first snowfall), but it's nonetheless a very important holiday that occurs this month. While January might not be the best time for swimming or walking around gardens, there are plenty of things to do on a chilly day in this town, especially when that chilly day falls on a holiday like Martin Luther King Jr. Day. As day of great significance for the American ...
