I love working with people to buy and sell real estate. I'm married, have two adult daughters, and have lots of time for work! Here are a few tidbits about me:
I live in Waco and have lived here for over 24 years, so I've seen the market change and grow, and I am happy to share my market insights.
I have bought, remodeled, and sold over nine of my own houses in Waco, doing much of the work myself. I loved learning to do tile, to frame, to do basic woodworking, to do drywall, wallpaper, a bit of plumbing, and so on. If you want someone who can help you with not only a vision for what a home could be but with some experience in that regard, I'd love to help you.
One of my services is to provide sellers with a "Weekend Makeover Plan" for their homes. This plan provided a room-by-room analysis that will present a list of easy improvements you can make in one weekend, improvements that can make your home significantly more appealing to buyers.
As a former college professor (23 years at McLennan Community College), I'm really good at research and use my researching skills every day to help my clients.
For buyers, I share data that can help you make the best decisions about homes and financing.
For sellers, I use data to create the most effective marketing campaign for your unique property by targeting key demographics.
