Shannon Gamble
You loathe typical real estate agent bios? Don't worry, I do too. They're like cardboard -- stiff, bland, and identical to every other bio out there. Instead of boasting ad nauseum about awards and accomplishments you're not interested in, I'm taking the novel approach of actually giving you what you want -- real answers to questions you're probably wondering right now.
Will you return my calls, texts and emails?
Yes. Without question. I realize this is one of the major frustrations the general public has dealing with agents and I work hard to ensure this is a staple of my business. If you don't hear back from me soon, then send flowers because that means I am dead.
I've heard many Realtors are bossy, are you?
Depends on the situation. If you ask another agent that is standing between my clients and their real estate goals, they might think so. However, I take great pride in generating win/win situations for both sides. The vast majority of my clients become personal friends and raving fans of what we have accomplished together. I have maintained a referral-only business for many years and that's only possible when you are routinely exceeding client expectations. I'm honest and candid. I take pride in being approachable and friendly. And if you need a quick real estate brain, or a strong dose of honesty, you're in the right place. Loyalty to family, clients, and friends is one of my core values. Want to really find out if I'm bossy? Mess with one of those people.
Here are some of my strengths and areas of focus:
Working with sellers to market their homes in this ever-changing age of technology and social media to get top dollar WITH favorable terms AND within their desired time frame.
Working with buyers to find the perfect home even if it means being creative in doing so. Just because it isn't currently on the MLS doesn't mean it isn't for sale.
Helping the seller/buyer combo. Finessing the timing and details on a simultaneous selling of current home and buying of new home can be tricky but I've developed the skills to make this transition as smooth as possible and have had tremendous success with very happy clients to show for it.
Relocation. I love showing people "My Waco" and all it has to offer. Helping buyers new to the area find their perfect home and get acclimated to our wonderful Waco is a passion of mine.
Investors, step right up. Whether it's finding and securing properties to fix up and flip or turn into rentals for ongoing streams of income, I'm the agent you're looking for.
Need help finding the best lender for your situation? Homeowner's insurance? Repairs? Remodeling? I have extensive contacts in all the various aspects surrounding real estate and home maintenance/improvement. This girl can hook you up!
On a personal level, I'm a big outdoors person. Water around? I'm on it, in it or next to it. If I actually kept score at golf, I'm sure I could prove how awesome of a golfer I am. Ha! At times, my "green thumb" produces more cucumbers, zucchini, squash and jalapenos than my family and I can manage to eat. Need sweet basil, dill or cilantro, look me up! My thumb, however, is not "red" because healthy tomatoes just escape me. Garden is always a work in progress.
I am a life-long Wacoan and simply adore this town! Grew up in Woodway, Texas and went to Waco Christian School (no longer here sadly) all twelve years graduating in 1987. Once a Warrior, always a Warrior! My two children (Brody, 25 and Sabrina, 22) both went through Midway ISD and loved it. I have been an active member of Crestview Church of Christ about as long as I can remember. My Faith is a big part of my life.
Friends, family and clients that become friends are the lifeline of my business. I thank each and every one of them for making it possible for me to run a successful business in the town I love, doing what I love.....matchmaking people with their Waco area Dream Homes.
