ANN'S first sale in 1992 was a gorgeous 3 acre Timberwilde lot in Hunters Creek Village which set a record as the highest sales price for a residential lot. This sale marked the beginning of her record setting career in real estate with sales in excess of $350 million. She has consistently been one of Houston's top REALTORS earning her the respect of her clients and peers. From the outset, ANN quickly rose to the top of Greenwood King Properties and was their 1994 Top Producer, just two years from her first sale. In 1995, ANN DASHIELL was recognized by the Houston Business Journal as one of The 25 Top Producing Agents in Greater Houston comprising of 25,000 + Agents. During her career, she achieved a ranking which ranged from 24 to Number 5. ANN founded Ann Dashiell Properties in the Spring, 2002, a boutique company offering personalized service to her clients. The 1st year, she placed No.15 in HBJ's Top 25 Producing Agents setting another record.
In 2006, she retired to travel and spend quality time with family in CA. But, Ann missed being a part of the Memorial real estate community and returned home with a new appreciation of the Villages. A native Houstonian and Memorial Villages resident since 1955, Ann began first grade at Memorial Drive Elementary School, attended Spring Branch Junior High and graduated from Memorial High School. She was an Artist and Designer for more than a decade before becoming a Broker. This background enabled her to combine her strong artistic ability and interior design experience with her love of architecture and landscape design. Ann's in-depth knowledge of new construction helps her clients in the selection process whether updating, renovating, building, or staging a home for sale.
When listing your home, Ann personally stages the home and tailors their marketing and commission to their personal situation.
