We met Dan as we began our search of condos at the St. Clair. His in-laws' place was for sale and we looked at it--but it had just had an offer made on it. We had yet to sell our other second home in Galveston, so we told Dan that we were interested in seeing other condos in the St. Clair--but that we really didn't want to purchase until Galveston sold. Dan was very patient, understanding and whenever we would visit Houston would show us other condos--even though we had not yet sold Galveston. By the time we sold Galveston and made an offer on our current condo, Dan had shown us 6 other condos in the St. Clair, a couple in Four Leaf Towers, one in the St. James. Again, he was quite willing and patient with us, so we were very pleased when we sold Galveston and could make an offer on our final choice. Dan was very knowledgeable about the Tanglewood area, about the St. Clair condo, and found additional information for us about the Homeowner's Association financial situation, by-laws, rules etc. All of these were sent to us upon request.
