I have lived in The Woodlands for the last 10 years. This is the longest I have been anywhere. I have completed short sale transaction on the buyer and seller side. I have sold many foreclosure homes and have even done a couple HUD properties. I have sold home up to $600,000 and as low as $70,000. I am a person that gives every person and transaction my all. I love working with buyers and an very proficient at working with sellers to get the job done quick and for the best price.
