My clients benefit from my experience in these areas. I
bring the integrity developed in my 28-year career with the U.S. Navy, where I
retired as a Commander in 2012. As you may expect, I made many moves and prepared
my own homes for sale during my time in service, so I can relate to what many
clients are going through. I worked many times with Real Estate Agents to buy
and sell and I strive to pass along the wonderful hands-on service they
provided in guiding me through the search (for a home or buyer), negotiations,
& contract requirements.

Two
things I love are helping people and getting a good deal. I get to do both as a
Realtor with Better Homes & Gardens Gary Greene. I¿m excited about the
opportunity to share my abilities of guiding people through complex processes,
conducting research & analysis, and negotiating good deals for those who
have all sorts of Real Estate needs. What makes my job so fulfilling
is the ¿aha¿ moment at closing when the final papers are signed. You can hear the
excitement in a client¿s voice, or see the thankful look on their face, when
they realize the deal is done and the home is actually bought and sold. It¿s
when they say, ¿This really makes make my life better.¿

In
my spare time I am working on renovating our home, caring for elderly parents, and
grooming Miniature Schnauzer show dogs. My other interests include Aviation,
Scuba diving, Sailing, and playing board games with my family to name a few.
