I grew up in the Heights and I have lived in the Katy area for the last 30 years.My professional career has consisted of being a 33 year decorated veteran of the Houston Fire Department. I recently worked in NASCAR as a public relations liaison, working with top level executives from such companies as M&M Mars, Shell Racing, Dodge Motor Sports, GM Racing, just to name a few. Over these years, I both developed a passion for community, while also a deep understanding of negotiation and relations.I feel my ability to please people and close complicated deals makes me a huge asset to have on your side. With knowledge gained from two years as a real estate appraiser, and my experience in negotiation before entering the real estate industry is at your disposal to guide you through the most difficult parts of real estate, from what to offer and how to price a listing; all valuable commodities in todays market &; On the personal side my wife Lisa and I have five children between us and three grandchildren. We are both avid runners; with Lisa having run over 30 Marathons. I am a former triathlete and have competed in several 70.3 events. We run every morning, so you may see us on one of the trails.
