Working with Austin was a delight. He has an eagle eye for detail when looking at a property and I felt safe as a first-time homebuyer that he would steer me right and keep me from making an unwise choice. From driveway angles to train whistles to cell phone signal, he never missed a detail and I always felt myself to be in good hands. I truly felt that with him by my side, I would not buy the wrong house or let the right house slip through my fingers.

The first thing I must say is that Austin is awesome, I am going to recommend him to all of my friends and family for their next home purchase. From the moment we began our house buying journey; from out of state might I add, Austin was the man. He communicated effectively and consistently which made the process just so smooth. He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area as well as the school districts, which was a huge selling point for us. He took us on a FaceTime tour of our home and three other homes to allow us to feel like we were able to see the home before making an offer. He was very much willing to go out of his way to make our first home buying experience nearly perfect. If you, your friends, and family want to be treated right, Austin is the way to go!!

We moved to Raleigh from out of state and had little knowledge of the surrounding communities. Luckily we found Austin. His communication skills were incredible and helped us step by step through the process. We had a difficult time with our bank and Austin was experienced enough to effectively assist us through the process when communication broke down with the loan processing staff. We could not have asked for a better experience and we highly recommend Austin for anyone looking to purchase a home.

I contacted Austin Peterman in an almost panic, as I was given a 30 day notice to vacate the home I had lived in for 7 years. As a single mom of 3 I wasn't even sure I could buy a home or where to begin to try. Austin was patient and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He listened to what I wanted and needed and found me my perfect house. He was very responsive to my numerous questions and returned my many messages promptly. He was with me every step of the way throughout the entire process. I am so thankful that I had him and for all the hard work he put in to get me through a very stressful time in my life.

Mr. Peterman is a very knowledgable man and knows what he's doing. He helped my buy my first property and he went above and beyond my expectation. He keeps up with time and whatever house you see, he will tell you lets see it the same day or maximum the next day. He will tell you if the house is not for you or if needs work. Also, he negotiates the price house in a very professional way and tries to give you the best price. Im very glad and lucky to work with him.

Making the biggest purchase of your life can be unbelievably stressful. With Austin's expertise in real estate and his knowledge of all areas of North Carolina, sets him apart from the rest. Austin has turned from our agent to our friend. What's sets him apart from realtors I have dealt with in the past is he listens. He listens to what is most important to you in finding a home. He is personable, loyal, trustworthy, and will be there for you from the day you meet him to well beyond after you close on your home. Austin did a fantastic job with our house! He put it on the market on a Tuesday and we had a full price offer after just the first showing! He was very helpful throughout the first process as I've never sold a home before, he was always quick to respond in a very professional manner.
