Krystal was great to work with! As first-time home buyers we were a bit overwhelmed but Krystal made it so simple for us. Her communication skills and dedication to her job really made Krystal stand out. We put in a few offers to feel out the market and ended up being very competitive with Krystal's advice and comps. We offered a bit over the appraised value of the home we purchased and Krystal negotiated very effectively with the seller's agent to get the price where we needed it to be. Once we were under contract the process was extremely painless. Krystal and her preferred team of inspectors and attorneys were great to work with and we were able to close very quickly on the home. We felt like after our first meeting we were working with a friend, not a real estate agent. We definitely will keep in touch with Krystal and hope to work together with her again in the future.
