I have a true love for people! The methods by which we interact, the exchange of emotions, the words we choose to use... building relationships with people truly enthralls me. As a young adult still searching for what I wanted to be when I grew up, it became obvious that helping people made me happy and it quickly became my passion. The door to real estate was opened for me by some of my peers and I instantly saw the potential to build more relationships while helping people get into their dream home. By starting as a Home Inspector, I learned how homes work; especially their systems, components, and functionalities. Home inspections also taught me what elevates a particular home to shine above the rest. After mastering inspections, I still wanted more. It then made sense to add Real Estate Sales to my repertoire so I could help people get into the correct position to achieve the home that they desire. By combining both of these expertise, I have boosted myself to a level of knowledge not known by many; and with it, my daily goal is to provide a fun and educational experience for all of my clients. I accomplish this because I understand people, I love Arizona, and I know houses!

    My Experience

    • I am working on my 4th year of home and property inspections (2016 - Current). As the owner and operator of Northland Inspections, I have inspected over 600 homes in the Northern Arizona area. I know homes well, and I know what differences make them unique to certain areas. I have inspected luxurious, golf course homes in the gated communities of Pine Canyon, Flagstaff Ranch, and Forest Highlands, as well as home in Flagstaff, Williams, Winslow, and most of Northern Arizona. Applying that knowledge as a Realtor makes me a good asset to have on your team.
    • I know people in the real estate realm. In this day and age, it is not completely about what you know, it matters who you know. I have a friendly business relationship with several agents in Northern Arizona, as well as contractors and tradesmen of sorts. I strive to make the process as smooth as possible for you. If we need help in the transaction from outside our combined knowledge base, the odds are great that I know who to call.
    • I have been a local Flagstaff resident for 12 years! I can definitely say that I know Flagstaff.
    • I am a family man. I have 3 kiddos, and one more coming. My amazing wife is my number one supporter.
    • I am a techy! Working with, on, or in electronics of various types and generations is time well spent in my realm.

    Leaplings!

February 29th has never really been noticeable to me. It wasn't until just recently that I truly realized how a day that is invisible to many can be so significant to several more. In the event that you, my reader, are oblivious to why this day may hold a certain value to a group of people while rest of the populous deem it as just another day, I can now shed some light on the fact. First and foremost, we must examine the reality that February 29th literally disappears for 3 out of every 4 years...

    Multitasking... is it truly possible?

Staying on task is hard enough when you have one job to do... then life thinks it's funny to throw something else at you, then another, and another, and one more for good measure. By the time you are ready to dive into your initial project, you have 3 instances of Chrome open with 7 tabs in each one, Youtube open in Edge, Word open with half of a blog written, your Downloads folder open for who knows what reason, and Minecraft music in the background because you forgot you were mining for those ...
