He is everything you would expect your realtor to be. We are speaking from experience and have returned to have Jonathan handle our real estate affairs yet again. Awesome experience, Jonathan was able to help me every step of the way. Answering all my questions, providing contacts for questions that I had about various housing topics about building. He helped me buy some land. I even changed my mind on the first property we had invested time in and he helped me get another piece of land that I liked the shape of better. Since building permits were taking so long, I decided I wanted to buy a house. I picked some and he showed them to me. Very professional, always answered my calls and text in a very timely manner. He will be my go to when I need more help or if I ever want to sell.

We went through quite a few realtors before we met Jonathan who was so quick to respond and so enjoyable to work with. He helped us buy land and he helped us sell land. Definitely dont go any further if youre considering Jonathan as a realtor you will not be disappointed. He will always respond to you that day and make sure you are making a good choice. Other realtors we spoke to were unenthusiastic and slow to respond. You can definitely tell that Jonathan enjoys his work and is passionate about getting people a good deal. We looked through many properties, and he was so detailed that we for sure avoided some sticky situations. I wish I could give more than five stars because I absolutely would. Look no further. Jonathan was knowledgeable, efficient, and a genuine person to work with all around. As a young couple and first time home buyers, it was hard to find someone that took us and our interests seriously. Within the first 24 hours of reaching out to him; explaining where we were at and what we were looking for, he had homes for us to look at and descriptively talked us through the process of everything. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and more importantly, made us feel comfortable to ask them. With that being said, the only thing we regret is not contacting him sooner. Jonathan really helped my other half and myself understand all the steps needed to purchase our first home. Very friendly and professional, Great to work with, We needed to occupy our new house as soon as possible, with Jonathan's knowledge and ability we were in it within a few days.

We met Jonathan about a year ago. He was prompt and helpful at the showing which we found refreshing. We decided that it was not the house for us and moved on. Some months later, we found another house. Because Jonathan had been so helpful with the first showing, we called him again even though this house was not his listing. We made several offers and he was always there to advise and submit them promptly. Once the offer was accepted, we had multiple problems with the seller. It seemed that the seller's attorney, the commissioner, or title company was willing to help file the proper paperwork so we could close.
