David Roberts is a native of Southern Indiana who moved to Western North Carolina in the
summer of 2019 with his wife Tracy, son Ethan, and daughter Mackenzie. David was a
successful business owner for 13 years. He moved to North Carolina to live in the mountains.
David and his family reside in Waynesville, NC which is very special to him and his family. If
you come to visit, you won't want to leave.
Throughout the year, Downtown Waynesville hosts various activities, festivals, and events
that promote the local communities, businesses, and artists in the area. If you drive ten
minutes east of Waynesville, you will come to the scenic town of Maggie Valley, with its
different shops, crafts, and vintage motels; sometimes, when you're on the road you can view
the local elk herd as they walk through the town.
Waynesville is centrally located to surrounding mountain towns that you can visit. David
believes he lives in some of the most beautiful mountains in North Carolina. He loves walking
outside and breathing in the mountain air, and going on hikes in the mountains and fishing in
the mountain streams with his family. David would like to help make your dreams come true in

David was an excellent agent to work with throughout the buying process. He got us appointments as we requested them was knowledgeable about the properties we looked at, was very helpful in pointing out both advantages and disadvantages of the properties we considered.
