Stacie Neill

This was the second time that I worked with Stacie Neill's help. The first time my ex husband bought a house through her, but I was the one that dealt with Stacie. After the first time, we became friends as Stacie was professional and helpful in more ways than what was expected from her. This time, when I bought my own house, Stacie was wonderful. She answered all my questions immediately, provided additional information on Vendors to use for septic, inspection, etc. and she went above and beyond to help me make this transaction as easy and smoothly as possible I would recommend Stacie to anyone that wants to buy a home and will use no other Realtor than her, irrespective of the company she works with. I also have to say that Better Homes and Gardens delivered excellent service, t hey also went above and beyond what was expected, and if it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have been able to buy my house. I can recommend them to anyone that needs professional services

Stacie went above and beyond my expectations. I was not in town to oversee some home improvement work needed to list the house and Stacie was instrumental in getting the work accomplished. She is very personable and accessible. She was very patient and explained things and gathered information for me to help aid in the decision making process. I would highly recommend her and was very thankful to the person that referred me to her. My house was listed and sold within 24 hours!
