Jana has been constant support during the challenging pandemic with travel restrictions and other complications. She presented our house beautifully and provided very sound negotiation advice throughout the sales process. Add to that her calm and great sense of humor and you will find yourself an ideal real estate agent.

My house closed Sept 1, 2020. I didn't even think it was going to sell, being it was in the middle of a pandemic. Jana was so helpful giving tips on how to make the house the most attractive to prospective buyers. She also knows the best people to help with making the house shine. Jana was thoughtful and patient and could answer most of my questions, and there were quite a few. If she didn't know the answer, she would find out and let me know. I would recommend Jana to anyone who wants someone who will work and help you to get where you need to be. I'm just sorry she won't be able to help me on the Mainland.

My husband and I wanted to retire on the Big Island in the Kona area. I was looking on the internet and found a possible purchase. When I inquired about the property Jana was the realtor that responded. She told me that the property was in escrow but could she help me find another. She was very good at asking questions about where and when we wanted to move. We had a large dog at the time that needed to be moved with us. I told her about where in Kona we wanted to move and she got right on it. Even though we were long distance we were in constant contact. Jana was honest about properties, locations, and negotiations. I always felt that she was OUR realtor and was representing us well. We had a set time we were coming to Hawaii to view property and she knew we needed to make a decision then. She had several properties ready for us to view so on the first day of looking she took us to our new forever home. Negotiations were quick, settled on a price, made an offer, inspection was done and all within 4 days. We were able to spend the rest of our vacation relaxing before we had to got back and pack our things to make the move to Hawaii. I would highly recommend Jana for a local or international move.

Jana is the best realtor my family and I know. She stuck by our side for over 1 year while we purchased our first home, and we wouldn't be where we are today if it wasnt for her. Jana is epitome of ALOHA!! I needed to sell my hopelessly wreck of a house. Jana helped me step by step as to what I needed to do. My granddaughter tried to help by cleaning the yard , but, there were a couple of wrecked cars that had to be removed. Finances were at a low, but, Jana took charge and handled all problems. Needless to say , Jana helped me sell my house for close to my asking price and I am so thrilled.

We purchased a condo in Waikoloa with Jana Kaholoaa as our agent. She has been a faithful contact during our five year intermittent property search. As first time home buyers, we had no clue as to where to start when looking for a home. Jana is very knowledgeable and helpful throughout, from start to finish, she was there to guide us through the steps. She communicated well with all parties, from our loan officer to the sellers, to escrow, and even arranged our house inspection for us, and also was very flexible with our work schedule to get signing and closing completed. At the time we were pregnant, so the timing and stress was on, but everything went smoothly and we were able to close and move into our new home 2 months before our due date. We are forever thankful for Jana's dedication in helping purchase our first home just in time to start our new ohana.
