A San Francisco native, San Carlos has been my home since I was a young child. With second and third generation family members making San Carlos their hometown, I can attest that San Carlos is truly "The City of Good Living"!
I owned a staffing company in San Francisco's Financial District before transitioning into real estate in 2001. I know and believe in the area. In addition to living and working here, I am deeply invested in the community through my involvement in a myriad of community activities: Past President of San Carlos Kiwanis, Past Lt Governor for Kiwanis International, Division 34, Past Parents Teacher Association President, and active in Hometown Days , Chicken's Ball (benefiting the San Carlos School District PTA, the Kiwanis Show, and the San Carlos History Museum
When I became a Realtor, I adopted my business acumen and commitment to service into a client-centric model to well serve my clients and achieve maximize profit when selling and sincerely meeting their needs when moving into a new home.
In order to achieve this goal, before selling or searching for real estate to purchase, I invest the time to truly get to know you and learn your home, family and financial needs. I find this enormously beneficial use of time and energy in order for a successful buying and selling experience.
When buying, I work with you and for you to find the right home or property, in an affordable price range, to match your living, education, community and practical requirements. When selling, we work together to evaluate your real estate and develop a plan to maximize its value on the market.
During the process, I stay in contact with you on a regular basis. You'll never need to track me down to find out the status of your home/property search, purchase transaction or progress on the sale. And I'm there every step of the way to shepherd the entire process until the final papers are signed. That is my commitment to you.
