As a realtor in the Florida panhandle area since 2003, I have a wide range of experience in a variety of property types...beach condos to farm properties and everything in between. My buyers and sellers have ranged from first time home buyers to seasoned investors. As the wife of a retired military veteran and mother of two children, I understand the needs of many types of buyers & sellers, especially those of military families. Having lived all across the USA and in the Middle East as well, I have come to really appreciate what our area of Florida has to offer in lifestyle and affordability. I take my job very seriously in helping buyer & sellers with their real estate transactions. Becky is amazing! When my husband and I were thinking about selling our house, she replied to our query with very detailed responses. She provided so much useful information and insight from her experience. We went back and forth for a while trying to decide what to do, and she was always quick to respond and happy to help. She is very resourceful and knows a lot of good tricks to help sell a home, even when you may be worried about repairs that are needed. We live in another city now, and are renting out our first home. Becky was great about working with the property manager on all the details. I must have asked a million questions, and Becky always responded with very detailed thorough answers that helped me understand the full picture of the decision. I highly recommend her to anyone thinking about buying or selling a home.

Becky is very personable and easy to talk to. She was able to address all of our questions and clarify the technical jargon. She was very conscientious about making sure all the "T's" were crossed and the "I's" were dotted. Months after the closing, when we still had some questions, she got back to us quickly. I would recommend her to anybody!

I have now bought two houses through Becky. As a first time home buyer, there was so much I didn't know about the process and legal requirements, but Becky painstakingly took time to explain things and answer a million questions I had. She went above and beyond by providing me additional information on First Time Home Buyer and Rural Development benefits to help me get the most house for my money.
The second time around, I wanted to live in an area of Pensacola not known for its affordability. I was willing to wait, but still had a timeline to meet. Becky helped me set realistic goals, emailed me with individual search parameters, and showed me dozens of houses until I found one that fit my needs. She walked me through the inspections and legal process as thoroughly has she had before and I now own a beautiful patio home near downtown.
