Paul is easily the best realtor my husband and I have ever worked with, and being a military family that has relocated time and time again, we have worked with quite a few. Paul's authenticity is what immediately shines through, as he genuinely wants to help his clients find their perfect home. Too many times, I have felt pushed in a direction by a realtor who was clearly trying to make a quick deal, but that was honestly never the case with Paul. I am very exacting when I shop for a home, and Paul was always patient with me, showing me as many homes as it took until I really felt that we had found the one. Ultimately, he helped us negotiate a deal that was less than asking, and we loved our new place! Fast-forward a couple of years to when my husband received orders to another state, and Paul actually helped us successfully sell the same place! Not only did we get our FULL ASKING PRICE for the house (which was well above what we had bought it for), but we accepted the offer in about a week! Leading up to listing it, Paul told us exactly what needed to be done to help our place move. We didn't have the budget to hire out odd jobs, so we were doing most of the prep work ourselves, and Paul was so invested in selling our house that he even rolled up his sleeves to help us paint our back deck! I don't know what else to say other than Paul is an excellent buying and selling realtor. You really won't go wrong with him on your side.
