Mr Whitner was very good at attention to detail with every thing you asked of him. Whatever you told him with regards things you were looking for in your new home; he'd go the whole 9 yards to accommodate you. And he'd always save the best for last ;which usually was exactly what you had been looking for! He made our dream home become a reality.

Derek is a great agent and great person! He listened to our concerns while helping us through, making the process as easy as staging/selling a house with two kids could be. All of our questions were answered timely, the house was priced aggressively, but right and we got asking price within the week. Derek Whitner sold our rental condo in less than two weeks. My investment property was a difficult close after the offer was finalized due to my property being occupied and part of section eight. Derek always kept a positive and professional attitude during many set backs I was challenged with and was always available to assist me through the process.
