We were first time home buyers very new to the real estate market though we knew where we wanted to live. Jennifer researched past withdrawn and expired units that might meet our interest and asked previous agents and owners if they would let us visit. From her research and activity, we were able to buy our new home. It was off market, but the owner and listing agent were very receptive to our interest. Would definitely recommend Jennifer as a real estate agent for 1st time home buyers!

Jennifer was great to work with. As first time buyers, it is hard to tell what is a perfect find and what is an okay find. Jennifer was awesome with helping us make those decisions. We so appreciated her drive to find us the perfect home. Jennifer was a great help in finding us the best neighborhood, stayed within our budget, and always had a smile though out the whole process. From first-time home buyers.
We started house hunting in early January and closed on our home towards the end of June. Jennifer helped us search the entire time - we looked in multiple cities, communities, different price points, different home styles, and probably several other criteria that changed. We wanted to be easy buyers but it ended up becoming more complex than we anticipated. Jennifer was able to keep up with all these changes, was flexible with us and our work schedules, and was always responsive. Despite the fact that she is a busy person we never felt like we were low-priority and she was determined to find us the right house and once we did, she was able to help us negotiate and we are amazed how much more we have than we expected! I'll be recommending her to my sister as she and her husband look for their first house.

Jennifer was very professional. I told her what property that I was interested in and she immediately set up a visit to take me. After our visit, she pulled up all of the information on the house and the surrounding neighborhood and sent that to me. She stayed in touch and let me know that the house is now under contract.
