Stephanie is not only my spouse and best friend, but she is also the most honest, trustworthy and passionate people persons, I've ever met. I see first hand the hours of work she dedicates to the families she works for, and the tears she sheds, when the family's dream comes true. Nevertheless, I will objectively rate her based on our new home purchase. We have been blessed to be able to purchase our dream home and the process was seamless. Stephanie worked with the new construction builder and ensured we received essentially every item on our wish list. The rapport between her and the builders agent became that of professional best friends (lots of laughs, jokes and hugs)...it was a pleasing, stress-free experience. Most importantly, we got the home how we wanted it, paid what we felt was fair and we closed on-time. Working with Stephanie was a fantastic experience from start to finish! We can’t say enough about how great she was to work with and how smoothly the whole process went. My wife and I had sold 2 properties in the past by owner and were a bit hesitant to work with an agent, but I’m so glad that we did. Right from the start, Stephanie was courteous and professional. I believe that my realestate agent does not have experience with VA loans in regards to a new home purchase. If I didn't have my nephew on board to direct me or help me with the process as a first time/new home buyer, I would be left deep in the water. From the start to the finish line, I didn't receive much help except to sign a few documents. Even during the closing day, I had to call her in order to remind her about the time. In fact, she came late thinking that the closing won't take place considering it is "less than thirty days" or "abnormal." Thus, she got it easy!
