Besides driving too slow, I had a WONDERFUL experience with Tanya. I chose Tanya, because she was not your average pushy realtor trying to make a quick sale. I could tell she was genuinely passionate about finding the perfect home for me and my dog. Initially, I thought I could never get a house, but Tanya took the time out to explain to me it was possible and showed me the way. I did have a few things to do beforehand, such as cleaning up my credit, but sure enough in no time I was ready to buy. When the house buying process began, Tanya listened closely to my wants and needs, and that was very important to me. I am a very picky and indecisive type of person. I knew the realtor I chose to work with would need some serious patience. Let me just say this, Tanyas middle name should be Patience. Im sure I probably worked her nerves at times, but she was not bothered! She was on a mission to find me the house of my dreams and thats exactly what she did! Overall, Tanya was honestly the best. She was extremely knowledgeable about real estate and highly dependable. She was always available when I needed her immediate attention. In fact, I felt as if I was her only client! Always alert and on READY! Thats extremely important, especially the way the housing market is today. You have to be quick! If I had to do it all over again, would I choose Tanya? Thats a big YES.
