We heard about Cathie from somebody by chance and we are so happy she helped us in our pursuit of first time home ownership! She made everything so seamless which is difficult in this market and answered every question we could think of plus more. She stayed in constant contact with us and reassured us that everything was going to work out. When we found the right house she did everything to make sure our offer was accepted. We dont have any family here and we felt like she gave us the kind of advice she would give her kids and made sure we were making not only a home purchase but also a sound investment for the future which we appreciate so much.
