Eva brings significant negotiating, marketing, and problem-solving experience to every transaction-skills she developed working in higher education, private industry, and (of course) real estate. She is a proud alumnus of Washington State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in English and a master's degree in Composition and Rhetoric. A Utah County resident since 2001, she enjoys life in "Happy Valley" and doing what she can to keep the polish on that nickname. She's lived in a wide variety of places (nationally and internationally), so she understands the complexities of relocating--even when it's just across the street. She enjoys being outdoors, fishing, reading good books, playing music with her family, knitting toys, and bringing satisfied smiles to the faces of her clients.
