Jen was always on top of things and getting us appointments to see houses all the time. Even after we closed and moved in she keeps checking on us to make sure we are doing okay and keeps taking care of little things for us. It means a lot! Jen was not only kind and patient helping us look for homes but worked incredibly hard in getting us information we wanted. I'm the type of guy who asks a million questions and she always responded fast and in detail over text, email, phone call, or whatever was the most convenient for my schedule. If I had any complaint it would be sometimes I felt rushed in to some decisions but I don't hold this against Jen at all and know it's simply the market area being very fast moving near me. Another good thing is she really listened to what kind of home we wanted and found properties that matched really well. Even some we ignored previously she had us tour and found some hidden gems. If you want someone who can go above and beyond looking at numerous houses you should choose Jen.
