When we found out we would be moving across the country for my husband's relocation during Covid-19, I had many concerns. Sebastian was a life saver. I cannot recommend him or sing his praises enough. We did the entire process online, and Sebastian was our man on the ground. He did FaceTime tours, took pictures, sent measurements, met inspectors, etc. He was a huge help with our walk through. Sebastian has excellent knowledge of the overall process -- finding homes, offers, inspection, repairs, financing, and good general homeowner knowledge. Had good recommendations. He was very responsive, even on weekends and evenings. Saw my new home as soon as it came on the market, and we saw it within a day and got it under contract. Always in a good mood and even keel. I wouldn't use anyone else in the RDU area.

Sebastian worked with me to buy a home when I was unable to travel to the location and view it myself. He was my eyes and he went above and beyond to make sure I had all the virtual information (measurements, neighborhood, etc) that I needed and he connected with me vendors who helped with the appraisal and estimates. He was terrific and I highly recommend him.
