Teri helped us purchase a vacation home and did a great job. In fact, so great of a job that we hired her to manage the property as a rental!. Where she also is excelling! She made it seem easy to sell a house in New York to someone that lived in Alabama. And I felt quite comfortable with her right from the start. She is very knowledgeable in the local market and we toured houses with her via facetime or messenger. She showed us every inch and cranny of the houses we walked through with her even if it was raining and snowing. She has great communication skills and is always very positive in her dealings. She is honest and hardworking and always makes you feel like you are important. And because we are not from the area, she was able to share referrals for a mortgage company, a lawyer, home inspector, and other essential people needed to purchase a home. By the way, each referral also worked out great for us. If the time comes that we ever purchase another home or sell ours in NY, I will use Teri to make that happen for us and would recommend her to anyone

Teri is Amazing! We worked with her for almost a year to find our perfect home, through all the ups and downs she was there every time. Every question, phone call, no matter what time of day she answered. She takes pride in her job and you can see it, shes not just another realtor trying to sell you a home and move on, she wants to find your forever home you will love.

I would have to say Teri is a " go getter" and absolutely instrumental in the success of my recent purchase. She was on top of every detail and very responsive with getting me into houses while we searched. Positive attitude and was always available when I needed her to be. Thank-you Teri!
