Mike is great to work with. He helped me sale 2 homes in Corona. Both homes sold during the 1st open house. He is always available and is very personable. I was moving to Utah and Mike handled the entire sale for me while I was in Utah. It's hard to find someone so committed.

I would encourage anyone selling their house to hire Mike Zwarg to represent them. We recently listed our house for sale. It was a difficult sale for multiple reasons. Initially we went to Purple Bricks where the agent honestly admitted he didn't think he could do the job, and then referred Mike to us. It was the best move we ever made. Despite the obstacles regarding our house, we received an acceptable offer within weeks of listing the property, and a new set of problems began regarding the buyer.
