Licensed since 2004, I have the needed experience to close successfully any type of transaction, negotiating with buyers, sellers and even tenants. I understand the pain and stress that both sellers and buyers go through with a real estate transaction.
When working with first time buyers, I recall the fear and apprehension I experienced when purchasing my very own home many years ago (before becoming a Realtor¿) so I do address their concerns and try to anticipate possible hurdles with the property they are purchasing/selling. I understand that buying a home can be confusing and intimidating to a buyer/seller, so I guide them with patience, information and constant communication.
To investors, I show them what to look for in a rental property, what to expect from their tenants, how to protect themselves from liability, and I help them find a suitable tenant.

Soy un agente de bienes raíces bilingüe que se especilaliza trabajando con vendedores, compradores primerizos e inversionistas que estan buscando obtener una propriedad para que les sirva para solventar su jubilación.
Con licencia de ventas de bienes raíces desde el 2004 tengo la experiencia necesaria para cerrar exitosamente cualquier tipo de transacción, negociando con compradores, vendedores e incluso inquilinos. Entiendo la angustia y el estrés por los que tanto compradores como vendedores pasan durante una transacción de bienes raíces.
Cuando trabajo con compradores primerizos, recuerdo el temor y aprensión que tuve cuando yo compraba my propia casa hace muchos años (aún no era Realtor¿), asi que no soy ajeno a sus preocupaciones y trato de anticipar posibles escollos con la casa que estan comprando. Soy conciente de que la compra de una casa puede ser muy estresante e intimidante para un comprador o vendedor asi que yo los guío con paciencia, información y comunicación constante. A los inversionistas les muestro qué buscar en una propriedad, qué esperar de los inquilinos potenciales, como protegerse legalmente y les ayudo a encontrar un buen inquilino.
Veo como una función primordial el que su transacción sea tan fácil como sea posible.
