Jane H. Jeff Bauman from Star Home is a really great realtor to use! I think he is not only very knowledgeable but has a real people personality too. I am an older lady and not as up-to-date on how things are done, nor even how some things work in the newer homes. Jeff was great at showing me how things operate and even how to control and use some appliances etc. He is a great communicator and does not rush you to see things and lets you take your time and ask questions even! He is easygoing and fun to communicate with. I have already recommended him to some older friends of mine who will be looking to retire and sell their current home and move closer to their daughter several towns away. Jeff even made an extra trip back to the place I was thinking of buying to get pictures of the installed sprinkler systems as the insurance company wanted to know if they were also in the walk-in closets! He did all this to ease my anxiety without me asking him, which also satisfied my insurance company! I can't speak higher of Jeff Bauman, and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a realtor who will give you 145%! You will be glad you did!!!
