Good character and personality, I could always trust input and feedback from Paul. Paul always had documents and paperwork ready and had already communicated and coordinated with banks, brokers or lenders just before it became required to stay a step ahead. Paul's insights on what a house would probably sell for and how soon after it was on the market was spot on; any time I would ask for an opinion on a property he was spot on about its value and sale rate. One could not overstate Paul's professional integrity and conduct; of the many peers of his I have encountered none display his workmanship. Paul once had an opportunity to push out a showing until the Monday following a Sunday morning return from a vacation. I offered him the ability to take the afternoon easy while moving the showing. He was always responsive to questions and requests, and extremely patient with us as we dragged him out to view home after prospective home.
