Kate enjoys representing buyers and sellers in Massachusetts from Cape Cod to the North Shore. Originally from Kansas City, she spent her summers in Chatham, MA. A graduate of Union College, Kate moved to Boston's North End and worked in marketing, communications, and advertising before becoming a real estate agent in 2005 while completing an MBA at Suffolk University.

    Drawing on experiences allows Kate to offer a balance of both client service and marketing to her clients whether buying or selling a home. For most people, their home is their most significant asset and it is important to Kate that her clients have support from start to finish and beyond. Kate particularly enjoys working with buyers who are new to the area, and views her role not only to help them determine the right house, but to find the right town and assist them with the process of settling in after they have made their purchase.

    Kate and her husband Dennis moved to Marblehead from Boston's North End in 2006 after the birth of their first child and still live there their three daughters. They spend their summers in Chatham close to family and friends.

    Kate enjoys being able to commute and work on both Cape Cod and in Marblehead. When not working, she enjoys spending time with family, writing a column for the Cape Cod Chronicle called "Cape Cod Spread The Word", and being an active member of both communities through volunteer opportunities and fundraisers specifically geared to support local businesses and charities.
