Stacy far exceeded my expectations for a real estate agent. Her local knowledge of recent sales, condition of other nearby houses, and other wisdom made me feel much more confident in my purchase. Moreover, she was always highly available and responsive, and kindly explained everything I needed to know as a first-time homebuyer.

She provided excellent customer service, was responsive to all calls, emails, and text messages, and is a work horse who exceeded our expectations. Stacy is the hardest working and the most patient & detail oriented realtor you'll ever find. She takes her job very seriously, super responsive to emails and chat, no matter when and She's very strong and super smart when it comes to negotiating, she got a great deal for us. We are very happy with that. Stacy has a great team around her, her business partner Joel Diaz has great knowledge of building and construction, he is very critical on the details about each house and notifies us of the good and bad of the house, which distinguishes their team from other real estate agents. It has been very pleasant and stress free to work with Stacy and Joel. Joel and Stacy are a great team. Joel is highly skilled in negotiation and has great knowledge of building repair as well. At the last moment of closing when contractor is not available, Joel jumped in to do repair for the house (e.g., tighten the loose faucet, re-wire the connection of the dishwasher to get power on), also had offered many tips in the process of selling. Stacy had hosted all the open houses, more than anyone that I know. Normally the agent just hosts 1 or 2 open houses. Stacy hosted a total of 4 open houses to gain maximum market exposure for our house. Joel and Stacy responded to all our questions and got the best possible offer within a month and closed the sale within 2 months. It's been great to work with Joel and Stacy.

Stacy and Joel are wonderful to work with. They helped us sell our house in San Pablo, they gave us professional advice on how to prepare the house before we put it on the market, they did a great job staging and also marketed our house on all social media. Joel and Stacy are the best Real Estate team I ever worked with. They are very very sharp and experienced. Super professional and sophisticated. They got me a super great investment deal. Stacy speaks Mandarin and Chinese which are extremely helpful. She is very detail-oriented and make sure we understand all the disclosures and all the contents on the contract. I worked with Stacy to look for a house for more than a year. She has always been patient with me. We visited countless open houses together and for every one of them she can always give ma a good estimate on what to expect of the final selling price. So no surprise and no waste of time. I have worked with Stacy for a while now. She has been my agent before she joined this company. She has always been helpful and enthusiastic. We often go check out different houses in different area together. She is knowledgeable about the market where the houses are and she can provide good feedback about the property. She knows how much the house can be sold for and what I should expect from the transactions. Every time I ask her about what is the next step. She can always give me a concrete answer. Sisi was invaluable during my search for a new home. While I have not yet purchased a new home, it was no reflection upon her skills or dedication. I just couldn't afford the current market prices. Sisi showed great enthusiasm in finding homes that might appeal to me and was very accommodating about showing me the homes. When we first started house hunting, Sisi showed me numerous homes that fit my initial wishes. As we got to know each other more, she expertly refined the showings to homes that best fit my true wishes and saved me lots of time. Her advice in helping me craft my buy offer was insightful. Unfortunately, my wallet just wasn't deep enough compared to the other buyers. I will try again in the spring. Sisi promises to contact me if a great future home shows up in the meantime.
