Originally from upstate NY, I've lived in the Stroudsburg area since 1998. I've come to love the area for the Arts~being influenced by a vibrant blend of NYC flair but preserving a distinct PA sensibility this area holds a unique and sometimes quaint feel for me. I stay connected to the local Art Community through my Photography and I usually have several of my works displayed at "Soho In the Burg" and "The Charcuterie." My favorite place to go for a Cappuccino is "Cafe' Duet", which echoes the peace I feel with my love of Gardening. Sitting there, chatting with a friend or client is a highlight for me, with their eclectic mix of retro music floating through the air~ which is another love of mine, Music~ from Jazz to Pop and anything in between, the local Jazz being a new found pastime.

A top agent in the Poconos since 2016, and Top 10 producing agent with 1.7 Million in Sales with Better Homes and Gardens in 2018, surpassing that in 2019, I am passionate about helping my clients and understanding their individual wants and needs so I can focus on solutions for all their real estate needs whether it be selling, buying or renting a home. I loved working with Stephanie. She made sure we got to see any home we were interested in and showed us homes she thought were a perfect home for our family. She would answer all of our questions and worked around our schedules. I would most definitely work with Stephanie again.

I am so happy that I got Stephanie Troiani as my realtor. She is so amazingly nice, caring and helpful. She saw that I was not happy with our 1st site and went right into her phone and found another place with in my concerns and even thou it was under another realtor she made it happen in less then 5min and we was looking at the place in the next 15min.
