We first met WK when my friend, Lorraine and I decided to look for rentals in PA. He was very aware of our wants and needs, and we saw some interesting places. Then I realized, after listening to WK, that it would make more sense to buy. Again, he was attentive to our wants and needs, and he showed us many choices. He did not give up on us even though our wants and needs were difficult. He made sure to point out any problems when he saw them, and in a couple of cases we didn't even go inside to look as he saw problems. Needless to say he found us the perfect house, which will be our new home.
