    Hi, I'm Chelsie Runnings, after working in the Legal field for almost 7 years, I found my passion for Real Estate after the devastating Valley Fire in Lake County. After losing the home I grew up in, I realized that my ambition in life is to work with people to help them achieve their goals of buying and selling their homes, because I know just how important that home is.

    I am dedicated to providing excellent service and creating lasting relationships. Whether you are needing to downsize and sell your family home, sell a home through probate, buy your first home, or purchase an investment property, I can help you to achieve your objective! It is my intention to empower my clients to make informed decisions of their own through education, acting more as an advocate than a salesperson.

    I originally moved to Sonoma almost 10 years during college and immediately fell in love with the community and the people who make the community so great. After moving away, I came back to Sonoma for work. After a few years of working in Sonoma, I finally made the move back, and have never looked back.
