    About Us

    Alliance Marketing Group was launched in 1998 by Greg Fox, after a successful run as a Real Estate agent. Greg decided to start his own company because he wanted to allow agents to focus on their individualism and foster an environment to allow agents to personally represent each of their clients to meet their needs. Greg realized early on that each decision shouldn't be made by committee, and every agent shouldn't have to be a round peg for a round hole. For the first six years after opening its doors, Alliance Marketing Group specialized in new home subdivisions and assisted in acquisition, development, and sales. Within the first year the company grew to 5 agents, 4 subdivisions, and represented 12 builders. 2004 saw consumers asking for the same kind of unique, specialized and technologically advanced marketing programs the company brought to new home sales, to the residential resale market. To respond to the market's demands, in October of 2004, Alliance Marketing Group became Realty World Alliance and took the next leap into the growth of the company - residential real estate. The company led the way in Technology in Wichita Kansas, but always in ways that made sense - not techno for the sake of techno. In 2007 the company started a company-wide cellphone program to include data - allowing every agent to receive mobile email, and more importantly, respond to their buyers and seller as quickly as possible. 2008's focus was on implementing a "paperless office" with 24-hour remote access; again, ensuring all agents could work as efficiently as possible with their clients. In 2011 the focus turned to introducing our mobile app utilizing GPS. This new technology allowed potential buyers to more easily find their dream home when they were mobile and not sitting in front of their computer at home. Continuing to improve our technology, in 2012 all agents were supplied with iPads, along with data plans, giving them even more mobile access to all critical daily duties, from accessing to MLS, forms, email, and more, while they are in the field. In 2015 we embraced the tools that Better Homes and Garden Real Estate brings to our industry, joining one of the newest and fastest growing real estate brands in the industry, with a name that bring with it 97% brand awareness. Photography continues to be a major marketing tool for agents as well as buyers and sellers, yet ironically, few agents have the required skill, knowledge, or financial resources to produce photos that showcase homes in their best and most accurate light. Fortunately, Greg, the owner of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Alliance is a former professional photographer, and capitalized on that expertise this past year by heavily investing in automated photography with software producing "Bracketed" (or HDR) photographs. The equipment maximizes lighting variation exposure without a flash, producing ideal photos to market homes. Today the company continues to enjoy steady growth, and in 2014 we relocated our West office adding new office space and a 70-seat classroom for our agents. In addition to our East office, we also have future expansion plans with a 3rd office in the metro area in the near future . Our goal is offer several smaller and convenient offices for easy access by our agents, but more importantly, our buyers and sellers.
