It is about taking the time to help your clients before, during, and after the sale instead of just taking a check and sprinting away from the closing table.
We love when our agents get together and write personal notes, meet past clients for lunch, and think of little gifts to pop-by and say hello! However, like everything else around here, our agents are not content with much of “the same” for long and consistently find new ways to strengthen their professional and personal connections.
A special theme for the beginning of this holiday season has been customer appreciation events! Our agents are taking the time out of their schedules to say “thank you” for the business that has gotten them to where they are today.
We love the attitude and enthusiasm our agents pour into these events and we look forward to hearing all of the amazing client feedback!
