Recipe of the Month (January 2021) - Smoothie Pops
Courtesy of Better Homes and Gardens Magazine. Use a frozen smoothie pop as a grab-and-go breakfast or light dessert idea.
1 cup frozen berries
1 cup cran-apple juice
1 sliced, frozen banana
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
In a blender combine all the ingredients. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze.
Substitute 1 cup sliced carrots and/or chunked apple for the berries and orange juice for the cran-apple; add 1/4 tsp. orange zest.
