The device-agnostic online survey included 500 U.S. adults aged 21 and<br \/>\nolder, recruited through a national consumer research panel. The survey targeted current and prospective<br \/>\nhomeowners who were very involved in home design and renovation decisions. * The margin of error for the<br \/>\ntotal sample is \u00b14.4 percentage points at a 95% confidence level.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* Specific respondent qualifying criteria comprised of purchased a home within the past two years or<br \/>\nconsidering purchasing one within the next two years; or completed a major home renovation in the past<br \/>\ntwo years or planning to renovate within the next two years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (BHGRE) conducted a proprietary survey in October 2025, designed<br \/>\nto uncover affiliated agent insights.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The questionnaire was completed by 343 affiliated BHGRE real estate professionals across the United<br \/>\nStates.
