The area is quiet, the neighbors are friendly and the sunsets are beautiful. Plus this area has all the modern conveniences of bigger city living. This area is quickly developing as Navy Federal has decided to expand to almost 10,000 employees by this time next year. As a result, the city is expanding roadways, adding a power grid and more. Needless to say, there is a high demand to live in this area and in order to meet the demands, developers are investing in new home construction at affordable pricing since renting is almost not an option. Beulah has become the place to live. The Navy Federal Call Center has brought tremendous growth to the area. Developers are investing in NEW HOME construction due to the high demand for housing in the Beulah area. Beulah is seeing NEW BUSINESS development also. Property values are on the increase and is expected to continue in a upward growth. New infrastructure such as 4 lane roads and added power grid are currently being added to help with the new for population growth. Come be part of the NEW Beulah.

It's exciting to see the growth in the Beulah area due to proximity to Pensacola and Navy Federal Credit Union's main campus. There are plenty of new businesses planned and many new construction home opportunities, but still with a small town feel. A person can be in the country but still live the Pensacola City life.
