Well, hey there! I’m Margie Ivy , a REALTOR® with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Journey, and I’ve had the pleasure of calling Bentonville home my whole life. My heart is rooted in this community. I’ve had the honor of working with the developer in Bella Vista and serving as President of the Bentonville/Bella Vista Board of REALTORS®. Northwest Arkansas is more than just a place to me—it’s family. That’s why I’m so passionate about supporting local organizations like Special Olympics Arkansas, Audrey's Home of Hope, and the Schmieding Center for Senior Health and Education. I truly believe in giving back to the community that’s given so much to me.
