Rick grew up in Southeast Arkansas and graduated from the University of Arkansas . After graduation, he began his banking career at Simmons First National Bank in Pine Bluff, AR. He retired in August of 2017 after 43 years there, primarily as a commercial lender. In March of 2018, he and Kathy moved to Rogers to be closer to their grandchildren.
