Karyn Finnell grew up by the ocean, so she thought she needed to live near water to be happy – but Arizona’s natural beauty proved her wrong. She now proudly calls the Grand Canyon State home, and makes it possible for others to do the same.
Born and raised in Redondo Beach, California, Karyn lived in Massachusetts for 10 years before deciding to swap snow for sunshine. 17 years ago, Karyn and her husband moved to Prescott. This is a decision they’ve never regretted.
“It’s a quaint, beautiful little town surrounded by mountains. It’s so picturesque, no matter where you look.” Her love for the area is one of many reasons why she’s an outstanding real estate agent.
“I love what I do. I have so many friends who started out as clients. I enjoy finding interesting ways to connect with my buyers and sellers. Making those connections is really amazing.”
“There’s so much to do in Prescott, especially if you like being outside. We also have a lot of great restaurants and craft cocktail bars,” says Karyn. She loves the opportunity to introduce new people to all of the wonderful things that Prescott has to offer.
Karyn’s long list of happy clients will testify that she goes above and beyond for them, tapping into their needs and doing everything she can to help them achieve their real estate goals.
“I’m great at communication and follow-up, and I’m happy to help people navigate the process of buying or selling real estate. I share everything I know and I make sure they feel comfortable throughout every step of the process.”
Those aren’t empty words. Karyn truly commits herself to helping her buyers and sellers, even if it means staying up late to put their minds at ease.
“I don’t care if I’m sitting at my computer at 10 o’clock at night. I’m going to make sure my clients have what they need and know what the next steps in the process are.”
Karyn recalls one of her most memorable real estate transactions, when she helped a family find a home after other agents let them down.
“They had been living in a travel trailer for several months and had called other agents who didn’t really help them.” After getting Karyn’s information from a family member who was a past client, they called her. She was happy to help and jumped in feet first. Karyn managed to help them find them a great little home.
“They were so excited to purchase a home, and I was honored to play a role in that. Those opportunities make it all worthwhile!”
